Terms of Use

☆ The commissioned piece you receive is for your personal and private use only.☆ Feel free to repost the commissioned piece to your gallery/media as long as the proper credit is given!☆ Users on my blacklist are unable to commission or purchase from me. Any user who commissions me with the sole purpose of gifting to a blacklisted user, will also be blacklisted.

Payment

☆ 100% PRE PAYMENT
All Payments MUST be paid upfront before I begin working on your commission.☆ I accept payments through CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal.CASHAPP IS PREFERRED !★ NOTE; (FOR PAYPAL USERS) ★
You MUST pay the service fee, and any additional fees that may apply. I will NOT begin working on your commission until I receive the EXACT amount requested.☆ Payment Plans for YCHs, Commissions, and Adopts are always available for discussion! If you fail to mention a payment plan upon purchase and string me along until you’re able to pay, your slot will be sold within the next 24 hours and you will be temporarily blacklisted.☆ If canceling / or have failed to complete a payment plan that is longer than a week (or unpaid by scheduled deadline) for purchases, adopts, or commissions; any payments sent before Cancellation will NOT be refunded. Please do not request a Payment Plan if you are unable to go through with it.☆ If you claim an adopt or commission of any kind, then ghost me once I ask for payment, YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED. I completely understand if financial situations come up, or if you’re no longer interested- BUT PLEASE do not ghost me. Doing this leaves artists in the dark and it’s not cool.

Requirements

☆ To begin your commission, I need a proper reference sheet or a non-shaded, clear, view of the character. I will not accept a long description of the character UNLESS you are commissioning a custom, or revamp of a character.☆ Patience!
Although I have a decent work schedule, I am not a full time artist and unexpected occasions could occur. I will ALWAYS keep my commissioners up to date with any delays. Communication is very important to me.☆ Although communication is extremely important to me, please allow up to 24-48 hours of response time on my end.

Refunds

☆ I will not issue refunds unless I have failed to properly communicate with the commissioner after two(2) months of failed communication or replies. I ask that you be patient and understanding with me, I will always give updates if there are any sort of setback or other issue.☆ If canceling / or have failed to complete a payment plan that is longer than a week (or unpaid by scheduled deadline) for purchases, adopts, or commissions; any payments sent before Cancellation will NOT be refunded. Please do not request a Payment Plan if you are unable to go through with it.

☆ I as the original creator of the artwork, have the right to share public WIPs and post/upload the artwork on my medias. If you wish to stay anonymous, please let me know beforehand.☆ I will NOT produce, trade or share adult content pieces with anyone under the age of 18. ID proving you are 18+ is required if you would like adult content commission.☆ Please familiarize yourself with my TOS before requesting a commission, trade, or making a purchase.
